Complete large folio atlas with all maps present per the list of maps (approximately 60 maps). This is a less common later edition with the newly engraved maps featuring a lace-like border. Contains the fine frontispiece steel engraving of the United States Capitol and several colorful charts including a great "New Chart of National Emblems".

Condition: A

Covers are tight with leather spine and corners, and gold embossed titling. Corners bumped and some loss of leather on spine. Map of New York City loose. Maps very good to fine, on very sound paper.
