A superb early 19th century map filled with incredible detail and notations. Colored to show the European colonies and settlements. Large inset at top of the Senegal River entitled " Pays de Oualo." Beautifully engraved with a bold keyboard style border and embossed royal seal beneath the title.

Minor soil in margins with a couple of unobtrusive spots, overall very good.
